Cancel your subscription

Cancel your Costa Creative Lab website subscription here — no login needed. An ordinary cancellation takes effect at the end of the month you have already paid for; if your site hasn’t been delivered yet, the subscription ends straight away and nothing more is charged.

What happens next

  1. The confirmation email shows the date your cancellation takes effect.
  2. Your site stays online until then; after that, for 30 days you can ask us for a copy of your content, photos and booking records.
  3. Your domain stays yours — we help you move it wherever you like.

Signed up less than 14 days ago as a consumer? You can also withdraw from the contract and get a refund.

Costa Studio subscriptions are cancelled in the Studio app or by emailing info@costacreativelab.com.
