Withdraw from your contract

If you signed up for a Costa Creative Lab website as a consumer, you can withdraw within 14 days of concluding the contract (the day of your first payment), without giving a reason. Fill in the form and confirm — you get an acknowledgement of receipt by email straight away.

What happens next

  1. We check your order and reply by email within one working day.
  2. If the withdrawal applies, we refund your payment within 14 days of receiving it, to the same payment method, minus an amount proportionate to the work done until today (at most €29). Your subscription is not charged again.
  3. If the website has already been fully delivered, the right of withdrawal has ended — we will tell you, and you can still cancel at any time; cancelling takes effect at the end of the month already paid.

Costa Studio (the salon app) is for businesses only, so the consumer right of withdrawal does not apply to it.
