A team member with their own calendar that clients book online. Example: 2 stylists and a receptionist who only answers calls and enters bookings – you pay for 2. When the team changes, the price changes from the next month.

Every stylist comes with 100 SMS a month (up to 300 in total). Above that it’s €0.06 per SMS, added to the next invoice. E-mail reminders cost nothing extra.

Reminders by e-mail and SMS 24 h and 2 h before, an online deposit for long services, and a rule “after a few no-shows – a deposit or phone only”. Freed-up times are offered automatically to clients on the waitlist.
